We are not a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme (such as TDS, DPS or MyDeposits), a dispute resolution or adjudication service, or a provider of legal advice. The Service is designed to help users create and manage tenancy evidence; it does not replace the statutory obligations of landlords, agents or tenants under the Housing Act 2004 or any other legislation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Fair Let Inventory a licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
